Learn how to operate a laundry shop at Golden Treasure Skills  Development Program’s laundry shop operations seminar.

It will be held on Nov. 28 and 29, from 10 a.m. to 6. pm. at the  College of Social Work and Community Development,  Magsaysay Avenue corner Ylanan Street, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.

The seminar will include helpful information opening and getting started, and the step-by-step operation of a successful laundry shop business.

Additional topics include the basic types of services, the set-up of laundry shops, equipment, work flows, pre-opening factors, marketing strategies, staffing and organization.

Dry cleaning procedures and demonstration on how to dry clean a Barong Tagalog, ironing and aromatizing etc., and also making major cleaning products used in laundry business such as powder soap, fabric softener and liquid bleach in actual demonstrations, will also be tackled.

Participants will be given a certificate of completion, after the seminar. Lunch and snack will be served and all the materials will be provided, including handouts.
