HINDI dapat kasama sa bumagsak na Yemenia Airways Flight 626 ang Pilipinong attendant na kinilalang si Canellou Libron. Pinalitan lang niya ang kasamang Malaysian.

“The girl was not supposed to be on that flight but a Malaysian stewardess who was supposed to be on that leg went on leave,” sinabi ni Antonio Villamor, embahador ng Pilipinas sa Saudi Arabia.

“We can’t ascertain which leg she joined. The plane was flying the last leg of a journey taking passengers from Paris and Marseille to Moroni, the capital of the Comoros via Yemen, when flight controllers lost contact with the plane,” dagdag ni Villamor na nakakuha ng balita mula sa Yemen.
