When Camille Prats’ husband passed away, saksi ang buong bansa sa pighati at struggles ng well-loved actress. Simula pa child star days niya, maraming taga-hanga si Camille kaya gano’n na lamang ang gulat ng mga tao when she became a widow at such a young age. It’s definitely been a tough year for the actress. But she is tougher and she will grow stronger from this.
Maraming nag-iisip kung kailan iibig muli ang magandang aktres. But according to her, “Hindi pa ako okay, hindi pa ako fully recovered. Hindi naman talaga pa ako handa dahil wala naman akong ibang gusto pa kundi yung asawa ko.”
High hopes
“It’s been the best and the hardest year,” ani Melissa Ricks when asked to describe the past year. The actress, who turned 22 last Jan. 8 has had so many successes and even heartbreaks this past year.
Alam naman ng lahat how emotional Melissa got when she talked about her ex, Jake Cuenca, and this coming year, handa na siyang harapin ang mundo ng bonggang-bongga.
She grew up a lot the past year and she learned na “huwag mag-apekto sa maliliit na bagay and to be braver and stronger.”
After the success of Nasaan Ka, Elisa? which airs its final episode this Friday, Melissa will next be seen co-starring with Coco Martin, Julia Montes and many others in the teleserye Walang Hanggan.
Bye, Amaya
Malapit na ring matapos ang isa sa longest running series sa telebisyon—ang Amaya. After 10 months, hindi maiwasang malungkot si Marian dahil isa ito sa pinakamahabang shows na kinabilangan niya. She will miss Direk Mac Alejandre and the rest of the cast and crew but all good things must come to an end.
Amaya was really a good show and consistent na top-rater, which is not an easy feat for primetime teleserye.
One of Marian’s next projects is a movie titled, Ang Ate Kong Bampira starring alongside Kris Aquino.
